Don't write off the Corolla especially in Excel trim:
No, no - please do write the Corolla off......Over 30k for a Corolla, wowzers.
Although the Hybrid hatch is a good option for an economical town runabout.
Also more pics of the dealership than the car itself...tsk tsk tsk...

If you're having to transport that stuff doesn't that pretty much determine which car you have to get?
Personally I'd ditch my hobbies and get the 330e. My neighbour has one and loves it. A colleague opted in to get the 530e, is that an option?

There’s no 5-series on the list unfortunately, would be lovely but I don’t think it’s doable on a company car contract.

Of course. I think basically you have to get the X1 and lump it. There’s no 5-series on the list unfortunately, would be lovely but I don’t think it’s doable on a company car contract.

One of my workmates had one and although he isn't as tall as you (probably just over 6ft tall) it worked ok for him. He also has a couple of kids and would have been transporting them around.
Really why would you bother with a roof box (would drums even fit in one) when you could just use the car as is? Sometimes you have to compromise and this is one of those times.
Decision made! After much discussion with the finance director, she’s agreed we should sell her car on and get a bigger family car (estate of some sort), so that covers the boat/kit situation and I’ve just ordered myself a spanking new 330e SE Sport in burnt orange - well happy!!
Cheers for the advice chappies, much appreciated
