Just signed up to the electic Kona premium deal with Evans Halshaw.
8k, 1+23. £257. Black (supposedly pearl but not convinced)
Man maths tells me I'll save a bunch of money on fuel so we'll see. The ionic is cheaper but the Mrs prefers the Kona

Has anyone got a contact number or email for Hollie at VW please, I’m unsure of which dealer she’s at but seen her mentioned a few times.
Listers VW in Stratford upon avon.Good luck though, seen a few people on here recommend her. Personally I have given up trying to make contact with her and gone elsewhere

First question, is this a lease or PCP?
If it is a lease, then normally you can extend for the same price on the basis of an "informal extension".
Hi mate. Apols - I meant PCH, not PCP. It is 100% a lease which is why I couldn't understand why the lender was telling me it wasn't possible. Might be best to call back and hopefully get another agent? If it is a lease, then normally you can extend for the same price on the basis of an "informal extension".

Did you actually get confirmation or was it another misprice?

It depends completely on the lender, there is no right to an extension, formal or informal. If they stay no then that’s it. Some lenders are very good and allow both types (e.g VWFS) but I know that some don’t allow any extension
A pal of mine had a Kia on PCH with ALD. Absolutely no way to buy it out at the end of lease, despite trying many channels. No formal extension offered. Informal extension was 50% more than he was paying - and they said it was a discounted rate due to Covid. He sent it back. Grudgingly!335dTot said:

I've ordered one of these from Zen in Oryx White. Ordered on 28th May, finance agreement underwritten on 1st June and car is scheduled to be delivered on 16th June. I did have to waive my 14 day cooling off rights as we needed the car ASAP and that was the only way to speed the process up.
It should be on variable servicing so most likely 1 service due during the 3 years and you can always swap the tyres back to front halfway through to get even wear, so might be worth saving the £550ish over the term?
Do be aware that these cars are on a 21 plate but have been registered already at the end of March, so that will obviously affect your warranty! I wasn't informed of this at the time of order and when I questioned it they said I can amend my contract to make the lease shorter so it matches up with the warranty period - but obviously that pushes the monthly price up.
Looks like the Merlot Red is out of stock now and there is only 1 Oryx White left and 18 Dolphin Greys left.
Have you had it delivered yet? Just ordered one myself, Dolphin Grey, they only had 7 left. Just spotted no heated seats or wireless charging which is a bit disappointing but not go them now so will put up with it. Same deal, 8k miles, £334 a month on a 1 + 35.It should be on variable servicing so most likely 1 service due during the 3 years and you can always swap the tyres back to front halfway through to get even wear, so might be worth saving the £550ish over the term?

Hi all, first time posting here and have never leased before. Looking for a car that can munch the miles and I've come across this offer.
Skoda Octavia - 2.0 TDI SE Technology
1 + 47
15k Miles per year
£263.33 per month
Would this be considered a good deal or would it be worth waiting around a bit longer for car prices to steady themselves out a bit?

Some interesting prices out there for electric Kona cars.
Tempted, but the boot space seems really bad. Like much worse than cars of a similar size (e.g. e-Niro).
Anyone with an electric Kona able to confirm how bad the boot space is?
Wife was interested in the Kona electric , we went to see one at a a local dealer and the boot space put her off . Didn't look like enough room for the weekly shop. Tempted, but the boot space seems really bad. Like much worse than cars of a similar size (e.g. e-Niro).
Anyone with an electric Kona able to confirm how bad the boot space is?

Anyone had any dealings with 'Blue Chilli Car Leasing' ?
They're doing fairly good deals on the BMW 128ti and the M135i at the moment but never had a lease with them before or heard they're name mentioned on here ?
