In 2019 it came in at 33% dealness.
In 2021 its coming in at 49% un-dealness.

Hi mate. Apols - I meant PCH, not PCP. It is 100% a lease which is why I couldn't understand why the lender was telling me it wasn't possible. Might be best to call back and hopefully get another agent?

It depends completely on the lender, there is no right to an extension, formal or informal. If they stay no then that’s it. Some lenders are very good and allow both types (e.g VWFS) but I know that some don’t allow any extension

A pal of mine had a Kia on PCH with ALD. Absolutely no way to buy it out at the end of lease, despite trying many channels. No formal extension offered. Informal extension was 50% more than he was paying - and they said it was a discounted rate due to Covid. He sent it back. Grudgingly!

It should be on variable servicing so most likely 1 service due during the 3 years and you can always swap the tyres back to front halfway through to get even wear, so might be worth saving the £550ish over the term?

Do be aware that these cars are on a 21 plate but have been registered already at the end of March, so that will obviously affect your warranty! I wasn't informed of this at the time of order and when I questioned it they said I can amend my contract to make the lease shorter so it matches up with the warranty period - but obviously that pushes the monthly price up.
Looks like the Merlot Red is out of stock now and there is only 1 Oryx White left and 18 Dolphin Greys left.

Have you had it delivered yet? Just ordered one myself, Dolphin Grey, they only had 7 left. Just spotted no heated seats or wireless charging which is a bit disappointing but not go them now so will put up with it. Same deal, 8k miles, £334 a month on a 1 + 35.

Tempted, but the boot space seems really bad. Like much worse than cars of a similar size (e.g. e-Niro).

Wife was interested in the Kona electric , we went to see one at a a local dealer and the boot space put her off . Didn't look like enough room for the weekly shop.

Boot space is not ideal in the Kona but im coming from a Suzuki SX4 hatchback so used to the small boot

Prices on their website are atrocious, not a patch on the AC deals.
