Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 9)
Discussion
Hi All
There is a lot of knowledge on this site and I wondered if anyone might be able to point me in the right direction
I'm looking for a Formentor - probably the VZ1 245 (although my head could be turned by another version)
There have been some really good deals on this model over the last few weeks, but I needed some confirmation from my job before I took the plunge
I would love to get something quite quickly (to be able to claim my car allowance) and obviously want a good deal
Does anyone know of any in-stock Formentors at attractive prices? - I can only find factor builds for Sept - Oct at this time!
Any help would be most appreciated
Thanks
Alastair

Think you’ve missed all the really good deals, there was an email in the week for in stock V2 spec 204 hybrid though it was still a bit expensive compared with the offers around at the beginning of the month though possibly the cheapest this model has been. Though the prices have gone up they still compare reasonably with what else is around right now. Hi all,
I’m not familiar with leasing but the father in law would like an A3 30 TFSI S line on lease. Needs 8k miles per year and looking a 3 year deal. Upfront payment doesn’t matter. Any deals out there?
Best we can find is £229.57 per month for 36 months with £2634 (12m) up front. Is this a good deal?
That is a bad deal. They were going for a lot less a couple of months ago.I’m not familiar with leasing but the father in law would like an A3 30 TFSI S line on lease. Needs 8k miles per year and looking a 3 year deal. Upfront payment doesn’t matter. Any deals out there?

About to FTK on a 1.2 (100) Vauxhall Corsa Elite Nav Premium on a 1+23 £200/month for my partner. A lot of spec on this trim level which is why we are going with it.
Just seeing last minute if anyone has seen anything better on a similar size car before we proceed with the above?
Leasing.com are £192 a month based on 8k. Just seeing last minute if anyone has seen anything better on a similar size car before we proceed with the above?
Not a massive saving granted. Plus there’s the admin fee of course

Leasing.com is just the website showing the offers from actual sellers who subscribe to them.

@Catflap2 - can you share the email or the company so that I can see what they can do please?
Many thanks
Any others know of anything good for the Formentor?

Had the email from three different brokers, best check on leaseloco, looks like there are 18 brokers showing this as in stock though I imagine it’s the same few vehicles they are all trying to shift so take your pick and give one a call, prices are all within a few pounds of each other.@Catflap2 - can you share the email or the company so that I can see what they can do please?

Contact Lookers Stockport directly - they may know of any available stock coming in....and "may" be able to match other lease provider's offers.... @Catflap2 - can you share the email or the company so that I can see what they can do please?
Many thanks

New to this site but not new to PCH, BCH and PCP. Needing to replace mine around Feb next year on a PCH or PCP if good deals. But already looking at how prices have jumped. However that could be in part to my looking for a convertible in summer, and not next winter when I’d actually need to get it.
So I have always gotten what I think are pretty decent deals. A few q’s for you though:
What is the generally held opinion on the percentage of the RRP that the lease/PCP should be over say, 3 years, 15,000/yr (45,000 total), no maintenance? I am currently looking at MX-5s. Generally around £298/mo on a 9+36, 15,000pa. RRP of car is about £24,000.
I tend to use leasing.com to compare prices as they seem to cover all the brokers that leaseloco, etc cover and more. Can anyone suggest a better option?

20% is the magic number for two years. You won't find that anymore. So I have always gotten what I think are pretty decent deals. A few q’s for you though:

That mx5 lease deal you're looking at is over 50% over 3 years! I would recommend buying nearly new with a bank loan for an mx5.
Lease deals make the most sense on things with fairly low depreciation and/or something the manufacturer needs to shift alot of. So there's plenty of Skodas and German stuff aswell as EVs, but a good deal on an mx5 will be very hard to come by.

I would have thought that with 45,000 on the clock after three years, it might have lost about 50% of its value? I know it's in the area of crystal balls, but given the depreciation of used cars that would have seemed reasonable. I may be completely wrong though! That mx5 lease deal you're looking at is over 50% over 3 years! I would recommend buying nearly new with a bank loan for an mx5.
