Thats based on -10 celcius you plonker.
So it's somewhere between 200 and 255 miles - likely to be around 220 based on 255 being at 23 degrees with no A/C and certainly not the 340 miles range stated. Clear as mud.I don't want to be in Deepest France or Belgium sweating thinking if I run out of power can I get a can and refill her....no. so i want a decent network everywhere and actual decent ranges guaranteed.

If anyone is interested in the VW ID3 Tour - top of the range and 340 miles range - this deal looks decent if you consider free insurance for a year and a few charging point. https://www.leaseloco.com/car-leasing/volkswagen/i... Delivery Jan - Mar.
Apologies, this is not a dig directed at you, but it irks me at the way ranges are stated on EV's. The actual real world range of the VW ID3 Tour is 200 miles - that is during cold weather (this is the UK) on a motorway. I don't care that it can do 410 miles in the city in the summer, because I'll never get range anxiety doing city driving round town, and am never likely to do 410 miles of city driving in a day. I need to know how far I can go up or down the country on a single charge.Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.

Did they give you delivery timescales for this? I ordered in June with September delivery then delayed to October and now being told November. Interested to know what timescales they're giving new ordersEnquired for the other trims (all no deposit, 36months, 10k miles);

I was told to expect delivery in February, but this is subject to change.Hi. I’m new to the world of leasing. I’m about to pull the trigger. It’s with Vanarama and is being funded (is that the correct term?) by Hitachi.
I was after some feedback with regards to Vanarama and Hitachi? Anything that I should be aware of?
Also…would it be advisable to get maintenance at £24 per month? £900 in total over the 3 year term. It’s an Audi A3 on a 3 year agreement with 8k a year. I believe it would need 1 service and probably a tyre change in that time. I don’t think this would come to £900 or am I overlooking something?
Thanks in advance.

Just to join in on the EV chat - have signed up for a Lexus ux300e (claimed range 200 miles, "real" range nearer 150 miles, which is fine for a normal day.
We'll use the other car for longer journeys).
Wife finally came around to an EV saying something like "I won't ever have to go to / queue at a petrol station - just plug it in at night and it'll be warm when I get in on a morning!".
Premium Pack Plus + Met Paint
3+35, 10k miles/year, £380
(so £14.5k over 3 years, which is about 32% of the OTR price of >£45k)
Elec only - so a decent annual fuel saving, but will have to pay a bit more on insurance, and £600 for a home charging point (could manage without that I suppose).
Who did you order from? Gateway2Lease were the cheapest and with whom I ordered my wife’s Takumi model. I posted yesterday a deal on the VW ID3 for £337 per month 8k miles on a 9+35 via vanarama which include 1 year free insurance and a free home charger. Might be worth a look? Not as nice as the Lexus but spec for spec they are almost identical. We'll use the other car for longer journeys).
