Hi all can anyone help in pointing out a good coupe for around 25k

Will be a daily so not too old
Decent performance
Auto

Do really want a Supra but out of budget at present
Not really a fan of M240s or w204 C63 would prefer to stay away from bmw and mercedes

I can only think of a Mustang or possibly F type

Thanks

If you were a fan of BMW then I was going to suggest the M4.

Maserati Gran Turismo?

370Z? https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/11180436

Or a rare Infiniti Q60 with 400bhp https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202107074...

Evora - although an auto may be a bit out of budget

Struggle to pick an M4 up for that money at the moment, the ones on AT under £25k are either high mileage, modified and messed about with, or a combo of the 2!
Interested to hear options on this though I'm in a similar position, trying to replace a M235i with another coupe

The OP doesn't want a car too old, and they also want an auto. smile

I know you said not particularly interested in BMWs, but I have to say my 435i is a very good daily and there's little I would replace it with. It has plenty of power, is comfy, eats long journeys very easily, makes a lovely noise when you give it some welly, and handles well for what it is (replacing the original run flats with a set of PS4 Michelins highly recommended).

£25k would get you into a later 440i with sensible miles.

If you don't much space then an F-type Jag appeals a lot to me too, but a £25k one would be pretty ropey. Think you probably need at least another £5k on the budget for one of those.

Both fair points, that I'd chosen to ignore in favour if the right answer laugh

Shame you don't like the BMWs, as the Supra's drivetrain is available in various x40i models.

What about an Audi S5? Nice 3.0 V6 with over 300bhp in those.

How many miles do you do OP? The reason I ask is because there are some cracking options in petrol & diesel form.

As someone said earlier the leftfield option is the 3.0TT Q60:

Or the 2.0T:

Why no BMW or Mercedes? Both make good coupes.

If would have liked a Supra then maybe a Cayman with the PDK box would be up your street?

There are cheaper examples too.

Not sure what not too old means, but I would probably get a Maserati GranSport (although the single clutch transmission is probably not so good if you do a lot of city driving)

I don't think you'll be able to get in a Mustang or an F-Type for £25k. You're looking at minimum £27k.

Does your dislike of German cars also extend to Audis? If not, you could get this S5

If you would like a Jag, what about an XK?

Maserati Granturismo - a bit risky if you plan on using it daily

Thank you all , I can push it to 27k at a max

I don't want BMW or mercedes but it seems they have the cars for the budget tbh wanted something different but there's not much choice for the money

What does everyone think of an SL400 ? The only issue I'm finding is the inside controls dials etc are exactly like an A-class

Is importing option?

Lexus RC350 from Japan would be a good choice. Nice engine, good looks and unbeatable quality.
