Just signed up for a Kona electric 64kwh in grey on a 1+35, 10k per year, £370pm.
Not much else out there in the electric car world.
I'm sorry to be arsey but this really does my head in, what's the point in posting in a deals thread if you don't say where from? Not much else out there in the electric car world.
Polite version: Where's that from please friend?

They wanted £410 to start with but I said it was that price or no deal. Colour option was free too and should be here for March
Have decided not to order anything. Santa Fe was quite good value but just couldn’t go for it, Tuscon not doing it for me either!
Going to hang on for any VW group deals in the new year, or may be buying something for the first time in 10 years. Have until October so no mad rush.
Any one have any insight if we might expect some new deals in 2022?
The market is pants!

3+47, 5k miles - £299pm
I had a good deal sought a few weeks back on a cupra formentor V2 hybrid dsg, was £338pm on a 1+47, 5k miles Inc premium paint, waited until i had a poke around one in a dealership, then by the time I rang up to order the price was under review. Now its 400 plus pm on standard white paint. bks. Missed out there, cracking motors.
I've got until July to replace my seat leon so hoping it comes down in price again.
Edit : found it at £338 again. https://www.leasefetcher.co.uk/prices/cupra/formen...

Did you get quotes for the cost of servicing? My understanding is the first and third are only around £80 each. The car did wheel spin quite a bit, so may get a couple of sets of tires out of that! When are you expecting delivery and what colour did you go for?Holdcraft Hyundai via whatcar.

Hey All,
I hope you are well
Looking at a new car for myself and I am aware lease are not cheap as chips as they used to pre pandemic. I found this deal to be quite interesting.
What would be your thoughts as I am not expert on cars.

Currently, we have a BMW Gran Tourer 218i on a 24 months lease at £215 a month with 8k per annum milage.
We are looking at a replacement lease (ideally a hybrid) to cater for 2 adults and 3 young children and delivered before the end of this current lease - April 2022.
Cars we like the look of on a 2-4 years were the Cupra Formentor Hybrid and Toyota RAV4 Hyrbrid however we have been advised by the dealers that we would be looking at July 2022 at the earliest for delivery.
Due to the delayed delivery times, we have gone back to BMW and asked them about the possibility of extending our current lease.
They have come back to us with if we were to extend from Jan 2022 until April 2023 with a maximum of 20k mileage at the end of the lease (we are currently on 10k) we would continue to pay the same monthly rate of £215.
What do you all think of us extending the current lease or are there any other better options out there?

The deal above posted by Shorty6 works out cheaper over 2 years. The one above seems cheap as it's £2700 for the first payment. BFerman77 said:

I'm in a similar situation with a 420i GC lease running out at the end of march. I asked for an extension quote and have been told that cannot offer an extension with proof of purchase or lease of new BMW. We are looking at a replacement lease (ideally a hybrid) to cater for 2 adults and 3 young children and delivered before the end of this current lease - April 2022.

Re extension offer, I recently approached vwfs to extend our etron lease from 2 to 3 yrs.
Currently on an excellent 9/24 deal at 600 per month for 10k miles pa.
Offer to extend was £2k per month for extra 10k miles.
They clearly want the car back!
Don't forget you can go back every 30 days for a refreshed quote and the price will change. You are right, the likelihood of a decent extension deal is slim at the moment but you have nothing to lose by keeping on going back. The VWFS random number generator might side with you one month! Whilst the current climate is very different, my extension requests for my S5 varied from over a grand to £10 cheaper than my current payment. The £10 cheaper was my 4th quote request that I took.
Also, you should be able to extend via their online portal for 6 months without any hassle. Someone posted a link approx 10 pages ago. They also do a 3 month informal extension on the same terms that you can request (or they used to anyway).

PSA/Manheim vehicle inspection
(Edit: should really say by PSA I mean Free2Move which I think are part of the PSA group.)
I need to post this to provide some balance, because I’ve been worrying the last few evenings reading lots of horror stories of lighting rigs and phantom charges (and I know it’s not a lease deal, but I think these anecdotes do help in decision making).
Had my Citroen C5 Aircross picked up a few weeks early as I was into excess mileage anyway and have access to another car. So skipped the 2nd service.
Booked it all in nice and easy online. All documents, wheel nut, parcel shelf present etc, so it comes down to the usual chips, dents, scratches interpretation. I’d been pre-warned to expect the works from Manheim.
Anyway, I call Manheim to get an ETA and she tells me a rough hour slot. Guy calls me to say he’s 20 mins away. Light rain this morning, so not best conditions, but on arrival he tells me it will only take about 15 mins and that is it, there’s no further inspection and the car is being driven straight to auction by another driver coming in around an hour.
Maybe takes 20 mins or so as suggested, (rightly) picked up on a curbed alloy above 50mm and that’s it. I get the inspection report which he talks me through, estimated damage £65 for the alloy which is also what PSA told me a month or so ago. He confirmed that’s it, if anything else gets found from this point on it’s not for me to worry about. Obviously that might not play out but I’d be fighting every step of the way if not… but I remain hopeful. Just waiting for the driver to pick up now.
Maybe I’ve been lucky with who came and did my inspection, maybe it’s the market at the moment meaning the car going straight to auction helps and they’ve done a lighter inspection, but just thought I should comment given the bad press on PSA/Mannheim that it’s not always bad.
So that’s ALD and PSA now who on return have both been spot on for me.
Hope this helps someone.

I read bad things about Manheim too, but when they came to collect my FCA (Fiat) car in September it was as quick, as you say. 15 minutes, £55 damage charge and that's it. I wrote review in General leasing thread. (Edit: should really say by PSA I mean Free2Move which I think are part of the PSA group.)
