How much was the charger (presume not included in the deal)? I need to look at one of these to see if the boot is big enough for the dogs - there are a variety of deals on LeaseLoco at present.
£1,049. I have solar panels so need these.Otherwise, it can far lower and in the hindsight, I may have been better off just going for a normal one as I will probably end up charging up at night on IOG all the time.

I actually wanted the green standard paint, as that would have saved me another £30 per month but there were only black cars left.
Not got a delivery date yet, but am in no rush as need to return our Kona Electric first. This will be our 4th EV since 2019 and I am happy to have a deal as good as I did back in 2020, especially given how expensive EVs have been to lease over the last 2 years!
Sounds like it's your first EV, enjoy!
Thanks and yes! my first one. I wanted to have it for longer. 2 years seems a bit short. But in the hindsight, maybe we're on the cusp of a big drop in prices (Chinese competition plus softening of the market and glut of 2nd hand vehicles coming off SS/PCP deals). So maybe a blessing in disguise. Since I have been following lease deals on PH from March 2024, it is the second best deal IMHO after the £199 Honda Eny1.Not got a delivery date yet, but am in no rush as need to return our Kona Electric first. Plus it gets away to some extent from the everything on the touch screen rubbish.
Definitely going to investigate, was thinking about buying ref above as would prefer the Ultimate spec, the intellilux lights are amazing and a sucker for alcantara seats but...

Is the excess mileage charge really really high?
I optioned it up with Leasing Options and for a decent looking spec it looks ok ?

Re: XM
Think we are going for it, albeit with our local dealer who is £10 more per month. Not sure on colour choice yet!
For those who have gone via Leasing Options and gone through finance checks etc., have you been able to obtain 5k miles pa? I know their website quotes on 5k, but having spoken to 2 dealerships, they're adamant that the lowest mileage allowance via BMW Financial Services is 6k. Also, what is the mileage excess being quoted via Leasing Options please?

£1200 for the insurance! To be expected I guess. Slightly worrying that they're all via Admiral group, next non-Admiral group insurance is close to £3000. The only saving grace is the reg I put in was for the more powerful drivetrain! Can't find anything for the G09 50e on Auto Trader....Is the excess mileage charge really really high?

I also would have preferred 3 years, but at that price, I don't care!I saw the Eny1 deal, but they are a pretty terrible EV with poor range. At least the Aryia gets reasonable reviews and what looks like a 220 mile winter and 275+ summer real-world range. The interior is also rather nice
Truth be told, I really wanted a Model Y, but they are at least £200 a month more...

On the other hand the long term review of the Ariya on AE was less than glowing with worryingly low miles per KwH.
I come from an old ICE banger, so any new electric is a big big step up though

Spoke to someone at Leasing Options, who in turn phoned their contact at the BMW dealership, 6k miles pa is the minimum and not 5k. So their deal is actually £615/month on a 9+23 term. It's just the nature of their website which quotes for 5k miles.Pistonheadsdicoverer said:

Really comfy inside and spacious.
However, mileage over winter was approx 170 she said, so not great at all. Summer range was getting approx 210-220.

I had an 87kWh on order before I snapped up an e:Ny1 for less than half the price. The Ariya is a far better car but >2x£ better? Nah

Auto Express give the Eny1 3 out of 5 vs 4.5 for the Ariya. The reviews are pretty much all better for the Ariya as far as I can see?On the other hand the long term review of the Ariya on AE was less than glowing with worryingly low miles per KwH.

Both are only OK EVs and neither are as good as the Koreans or Tesla.
Enjoy your new car. As a daily, an EV is unbeatable, assuming it fits your usage profile.
