Is the Model Y definitely much more expensive? They have an offer on their website for the RWD verion on a 3 year deal at £399/month with 9 month deposit inc VAT for 10k miles per year. The cheapest comparable Ariya I can find for the bigger battery is £377/month, so not a huge amount in it?
The 87KwH Ariya was on £340 on 2 years (5K). That is what myself and I assume Fastlane (with a different mileage) went for. Prices have gone up sadly. As for the Model Y, average monthly payment is £488 albeit for 10K and over 3 years.

Not a bad deal at all. I’m in a sticky situation, my current Touareg lease is up in June, however I have salary sacrifice starting next April. Not sure whether to wait for the salary sacrifice or just jump on a 2 or 3 year lease now.

I went on a test drive in M2, but wasn't blown away and didn't consider parting with the money for a lease. I thought, I can forgive exterior look, if driving the car is exciting, but it wasn't for me. Maybe test drive was too short.

Bonnet looks swollen when comparing to M3 and M4.

Infotainment is full of options, apps and icons and will require some time to setup everything. Driving aids switch on every time in comfort mode, so it's either game of pre flight checks or switching to sport, to switch some of them off automatically.

Z4 with iDrive 7 was easy to live with, but iDrive 8 is something else .

PCH offer must be still on, because I got two follow up emails, last one yesterday.

Contract Cars offer is cheaper, including their fee.
It's 16521 for 10K miles, 2 years. Select is 17243 without fee.

XM deal has been pulled by BMW, apparently. Leasing Options called and said they’re waiting for new prices

Leasing deals on MG cars generally are very poor (e.g. https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/vip-gatewa...

At that price, just go for a Corsa, a better car altogether IMHO https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/leasecar/v...

We are in a similar position having leased a bigger battery Kona for almost 3 years need to decide the next move, either buy the Kona from the finance company or get something newer now that EV leasing prices are easing back. The wife is going to see the Aryia this lunchtime, currently getting 3.8 out of the Kona so a full charge will normally see you for 250 miles this time of year, did you test drive the Aryia?, was there much of a size difference v the Kona, reviews I have seen overall are pretty positive.
We have sat in one but not driven it - it feels very premium inside. We both thought it was large though, especially vs our Kona, but we need more space. Interestingly, the Aryia fwd's boot is the same size as the new Kona at 466 litres, and only 50L bigger with the seats folded at 1350L. The Kona is not as wide, long or high and is 100kg lighter than the 63kWh Aryia. No wonder it is more efficient. The 87Kwh Aryia weighs over 2100kgs and I doubt will travel as far as the Kona 65kWh - hey ho, it is cheaper!

I think your referring to the now old MG3 model, the new hybrid model which is an all new car is superior to the corsa in every way

In fact I read an review article of the new MG3 hybrid and it was called a corsa killer

There will be some decent lease deals about on the new MG3 hybrid, but as it’s only launches in the UK next month you may need to wait a few months.

It may be a Corsa killer if you buy both of them cash. But if you want to get the MG3+ or any MG on lease, then be prepared to pay a very significant premium. For e.g. A ZS on a 2 year lease cost about 50% more than the Ariya I am leasing.

I didn’t think I could live with those alloys 😂😂. I often have to remind myself to chase the deal and not the car.

That is easily fixed. This is my wife's model Y we collected a couple of weeks ago. It is a bog-standard Long Range car. But I replaced the wheel covers (as that is what you see on the standard car) with an all black version from Alibaba which cost around £85 inc delivery. Makes the car look much better.

Agree, I’d have to spec it with the 20” induction wheels

Just had an XM deal through from leasing Options this afternoon.

48 months
5k miles
£731 a month with £4.4k down
This had the 22" optional alloys @ £1650

Local BMW garages can get great deals on them too delivery due June - Sept however the dealerships can only get 24 months lease. Waiting on further deals coming through tomorrow

There is also a deal on the X7's for anyone interested ask and quote this as these are where the discounts are.

I got a call back from them saying BMW have pulled the deal so they couldn’t offer me anything for now.
