Most seem to go for the Excel but I went for Dynamic as the metallic paint is at no cost and I like the black wheels.

I'd wait for your quote as my quote was less than the website. Try a quote on the Dynamic spec. Mine is £308pm with 6k miles on a 3 year.

Interesting - I’m with you I think they look great with the black wheels. 308pm on the dynamic is a good deal in any climate let alone at the moment

Brilliant thanks so much - only surprise is it was 15 quid a month cheaper about a week ago, might be worth trying to knock it down
The rav 4 I drove was an incredibly solid feeling machine - that excel with premium has pretty much all the kit you could need too

I test drove one a few years ago before going for a Peugeot 5008 (which is better in pretty much every way, but not on any deals at the mo)

I also like the look of the Dynamic car, but for the (usually) minimal difference in price the extra toys the Excel has trumps it for me.

I liked the Rav4 and as you say it was solid, it just felt a bit like a pick up truck that they had turned into a car. Maybe with one of the light leather interiors it'll feel a bit better inside.
Have you checked the 'toys'? I can only see heated wipers, heated steering wheel and memory setting on the seats in addition to Dynamic.

I do agree with you on the 'pickup truck' comment. It's what's been niggling me since I ordered it!

I actually don't agree - they look relatively good on the outside for me - quite aggressive despite the bulky/blocky overall shape. I do think they could do a much better job on interior however, especially screen and quality of kit (for example reversing camera image quality is inferior to V90s and probably most of cameras out there).
In the end it's about cost anyway, I had not found anything better/more suitable for my requirements, hence Rav4 was the only choice.

There doesn't really seem to be much about at the moment.

I've just had a look at Evoques on leasing.com and there's pretty much no offers about.

P300e in stock for under £500pm (on a 12+) so probably cheating. It's not massively cheap but seems to be the cheapest on leasing.com (among the lack of deals there).

Link here:
https://dreamlease.co.uk/deals/car-leasing/land-ro...

My boss at work has one of these, and it's a really nice car, very business tax efficient, and he is paying a whole lot more for his than this!
I think he gets a fairly decent range on battery only.

Might be worth it for someone looking at a business lease. I was sure that Evoques wouldn't be in stock for ages, so was actually surprised to see it.

It might be worth speaking to a Landrover dealer for an Evoque lease.

In July we got a P300e autobiography with metallic paint and privacy glass for less than £400 with full maintenance on a 6+ 8k miles

It arrived last month. Landrover are prioritising high spec Hybrids.

Unfortunately for most of us who don't have a time machine, July is a very different time to now.

If I just hop in my time machine, I'll go back to 2016 an order a Golf R Estate to be delivered next month for £220.

I understand what you are saying, but July is not now.

2016 to 5 months ago what a ste comparison joke.

As I said speak to a Land Rover dealer. The deals in July from brokers where just as bad as that dream lease one. But Lex via the dealers had pretty good offers. I can give you a couple of contacts if you want.

I'd appreciate some decent contacts for a lease from JLR if you wouldn't mind, looking to replace a 2016 Evoque at the moment but can't find anything decent. Thanks.

5 years, or 5 months, it's still in the past.

I've requested a quote from a LR dealer, will see what they come back with.

Don't forget to take the initial payment of £1500 with you in your time machine for that R estate deal....

Currently, we have a BMW Gran Tourer 218i on a 24 months lease at £215 a month with 8k per annum milage.
We are looking at a replacement lease (ideally a hybrid) to cater for 2 adults and 3 young children and delivered before the end of this current lease - April 2022.
If the car still meets your needs then i'd be biting their arm off at that price - you won't get anything close to that quality of car / price in current market.

Any help appreciated.

Just found a Mazda CX-5 for £329 on Arnold Clark but it’s a manual…
There are some good RAV4 deals around. I got one for about £276 a month with 3 down for 36 months.

Just had my cupra leon hybrid delivered from Zen a couple days back. Anyone else received theres yet? 1k upfront £286pm for 35m... got the graphene grey for no extra cost.

Also looking for a 7 seater... missed out on the skoda kodiak sportline 1.5tsi that was with nationwide at £315 pm on a 3 plus 35 5k miles.... anyone seen any good 7 seater deals?

Also had collection of pug 3008 with free2movelease collected, Manheim came. Nice guy.. although charged for 2 alloys but disputed it as he advised to do so as barely did much miles on the car.. not heard back from psa finance. Should be good.
