Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 10)

Hi new to leasing and just wanted some advice, we put a deposit down on a Hyundai Tucson at a main dealer a few weeks ago, we agreed on a deal and we were told the order confirmation would be emailed through. They ended up sending the confirmed order attached to a PCP deal of which we did not agree. I emailed the dealer to confirm the order is in relation to the lease deal we agreed on and he says his system will not do that but everything is ok. Is there a chance we could get to the delivery date and as we just have a quotation, the deal could change and therefore loose the car?

Hi sorry if in the wrong place. Does anyone know what the charges are if you miss a service on PCH. Partner has a nissan and has only done 2500 miles in first year. Likely will do the same for the remainder so working out whats the best option? Thanks
It varies for each funder but you should have received a schedule of fees, it might only be available online on the funders portal.Srl24 said:

Just be aware missing a service may void the warranty should you need it. Are there brands/models which are notably good value to lease, or is there a lot of 'pot luck' about it, and it's just time at the Filter on LeaseLoco and a deal of flexibility?
Am thinking about selling the current family bus (12 plate XC70 D5, which is starting to get slightly spendy) and have started to look around for estates/medium SUVs and the like. I've found a top-spec Tucson Hybrid at £405 equiv pcm at 12K pa/36 months, but I'm very much a newbie at this lark.

Folks,
I'm currently on year 4 of my lease.
Am I able to extend it another year if needs be, or is 4 years the maximum?
Cheers
Folks on here aren't going to know the answer to your question. Contact your lease funder and ask them. And if you are extending for a fifth year, ask your funder if your car is still covered by a warranty! If something goes badly wrong, you wouldn't want to have to fork out to fix someone elses car.I'm currently on year 4 of my lease.
Am I able to extend it another year if needs be, or is 4 years the maximum?
Cheers
So i extended my lease in March for another 6 months, paperwork signed and sent and everything, however just realised today I'm not being charged, i.e nothing showing in direct debit. Its been nearly 2 months.
I imagine this is an administrative error on their part. Should i contact them or stay shtum? I dont want my credit rating to be affected or go down as mussed payments.

Sometimes they take payments on extensions in arrears. So when you return you pay it all off. This is the case for me as no payments have been taken, although I have an informal extension.I imagine this is an administrative error on their part. Should i contact them or stay shtum? Personally I’d call them and sort it out.

Just found this Tesla Model 3 on Zen Auto:
TESLA MODEL 3 SALOON
RWD 4dr Auto - Pearl White 2022
Initial Payment £3,750 including VAT
Monthly £502 including VAT
Mileage - 8,000 PA
Length - 36 months
Total Lease : £21,320
According to the calculations above, it works out to about 50% over the 3 year lease.. Is that good or bad for a Tesla lease deal?
I'm paying that on a four year deal on a LR AWD so pretty ste value.TESLA MODEL 3 SALOON

I had an informal extension with VW group for 6 months..I imagine this is an administrative error on their part. Should i contact them or stay shtum? I dont want my credit rating to be affected or go down as mussed payments.
I wasn’t being charged, to be honest I didn’t even notice.
At the end for the 6 months I got whacked but when worked it out it was the 6 months of payments taken at once.

When I did a formal extension last year there was a 2+ month gap in payments as they switched from payment in advance to payment in arrears. Based on that experience I expect you'll see a payment go out again in the next few weeks, but would recommend contacting them if it takes any longer - they'll come for the money one way or another. I imagine this is an administrative error on their part. Should i contact them or stay shtum? I dont want my credit rating to be affected or go down as mussed payments.
How times have changed. Folks posting here a seat Leon 1.0 basic spec for £220pm makes me feel uncomfortable. In 2017 you were able to get fr spec 1.4 150bhp version of that. Talk about inflation.
However 2021 was the year to get deals as the world was getting back to "normal".
Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 top spec for £170ish pm
Audi a6 for under £400
Toyota rav4 excel for around £350.
When a deal comes just take it, but again just compare to what's relative. A seat Leon is fairly big hatch back so if engine and manual isn't an issue then I'd say it's a fair deal.
