Appreciate all the answers, is there a link where I can read up on ncd for leases or is it just general knowledge that as long as you are the main driver of the car you will build up ncd. Will also see if the quote changes now that I will change it to keeper and owner lease
Yes, NCD is built up in the same way.bluenosewrx said:
Ordered the Kodiaq sport line 1.5 in October, just been told getting built middle of September, was promised July when CUPRA Gies back, looks like an informal extension then, already over the allocated mileage. Ah well.
Long delays, ordered mine February 2022 and was told July 2022 but if you ordered 3 months before me and not being built until September, then I guess mine could be 2023! My current Kodiaq was due back January and once I got the order number for the new one, VWSF set up an informal extension on the same terms until October 2022. I'm thinking I may just have to bail out and get a used car for a few years and hope the market settles again.Edited by KeithAnd on Wednesday 4th May 17:57

also order early october told may then got an estimated build date of September pretty sure there is a face lift model.due then, in highly doubt I'll see this in september as alot guy on kodiaq forums having been waiting over a year.Edited by KeithAnd on Wednesday 4th May 17:57
thinking of buying a run about and running it for a year maybe two and hope things start to get back to some normality.

Was this through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts? If so, I also ordered the Kodiaq Sportline in October 2021 with them too. I ordered it with the assumption July would be an underestimate, as my current lease ends in October 2022.
Having been reading Skoda forums even a build date of September seemed hopeful, so if that’s the case that would be amazing (for me obviously).
Ordered our PhEV Octavia in August last year, just had an email announcing its arrival at a UK dock.
Bit overdue, but my current lease with PSA has been extended a couple of times at the original monthlies, so can’t complain.
How long does it normally take to get a car off a boat and to the dealers? Don’t want to commit to another month in the old car if I don’t have to.

Got my Ibiza TSI Xcellence Lux DSG7 from Nationwide this morning, nice smooth process
6+23, £191 per month including full maint
Ordered Oct 21 for Jan 22 Del. Ended up being pushed back twice and got it today, finally!
Gave it a thrash for 10 mins, really surprised how well it goes for a 1.0 3 pot and I come from a Leon Cupra 300!

went to my local woolwich dealer for a 235i GC. Could not even get a test drive as no GC avaliable. order now but won't be avaliable until March next year. Was offered a new M240i with options tech, comfort. pano, adaptive, grey. told ready within months by July , not sure how accurate this is. 6k down, monthlies around £600 over 4 years , no discounts offered, Apr is 4.9% on 240i but 6.9% on 235i GC. No great deals avaliable anymore .

I ordered mine end of Jan and have a build date confirmed of third week in September. Main dealer though (Simpsons), so could well vary depending on the source. If so, I also ordered the Kodiaq Sportline in October 2021 with them too. Had a quote for one of these and really regret not going for it!sharepointalex said:
Has anyone found a reasonable Tesla Model Y personal lease? I've given up going through our company car scheme as the prices on there are insanity!
Zen usually have the best prices for personal lease. Gateway2lease were next.
Vanarama were close to g2l for me but also included a charger and a years insurance, which is probably worth about £1500, made it cheaper than Zen for me. Ordered in March, delivery hopefully in July.
Im paying £19983 + vat over 3 years 6k pa. Not great, not terrible, but it's about the only premium EV that will be delivered this year.
I ordered a kodiaq sportline in July 2021 and still no build date, that's me on week 43. If that's anything to go by I wouldn't hold out hope any of the sportlines being delivered as promised. My original delivery date was November 2021.
I wouldn't advice anyone consider a Skoda currently you'd be lucky to get it by 2023 in my opinion. I've also been told by both the leasing company, the Skoda dealership and Skoda online not to contact for update and to just sit it out and wait

Electric VW Up! Not as cheap as before (shock), but still seems fairly competitive;

Cheeky bds. That would have me asking for my deposit back. WTF is wrong with car dealers thinking they are doing us a favour by taking our money, for fairly everyday VAG stuff (no offence intended, it's a nice car but it's hardly a new 911 GT!)?

Bmw 235i Gc (no options)
not really a great deal considering best I could find, I can get a PCP with all option packs, pano roof, for not much more .
PCH
Lease Length: 48 months
Annual Mileage: 5,000 miles
Initial Rental: £4,333.29 inc VAT
Monthly Rental: £361.11 inc VAT
Customer maintained
so the better now to lock in at current rates of APR opt for a PCP over 4 years with some equity at the end

Agreed just wanted to warn everyone currently considering a Skoda what to expect. They are by far the worst manufacturer to deal with currently, with the worst lead times.WTF is wrong with car dealers thinking they are doing us a favour by taking our money, for fairly everyday VAG stuff (no offence intended, it's a nice car but it's hardly a new 911 GT!)?
