Thought this is a great deal for city car, leather, alloys, dirt cheap to run. Make a great first car/uni car to.

Toying with thoughts between the cupra born and the polestar 2 SM standard. Any one seen any good deals? The cupra seems to priced much closer to the 2 everywhere I've looked and just doesn't look good value by comparison.

Got an invoice this morning from Alphabet:

alphabet road fund licence recharge - £10.

Personal lease.

Is this correct? I never had this on my previous lease and can't find anything on their website.

Yes it is quite common you will be charged for increases in road fund licence, should be in your contract somewhere.

Yes, your VED has gone up £10 this year and they've charged you for it. Be grateful they haven't charged VAT on top!

We get invoices every year, I think it is to cover the increase in RFL for the year. This is with Nationwide/Arval but guessing its for the same thing.

Just wondering if anyone has received their Tiguan yet having ordered in Jun/July last year?

Beginning to think that as the deal was so much cheaper than current deals then I am still right at the back of a very long line!

I had an email yesterday from Nationwide about a Tiguan R Line that we ordered in Jan 22 which was due in May 22 has now been knocked back to December.

The only reason for ordering from them was the May delivery date, not sure what to do now.

I wonder if the May delivery was ever likely or if they just wanted to take a load of deposits?

I’ve seen the same spec, brand new, in stock for £43k so might just go back to a good old outright purchase and then see what it’s worth in 3 years time when the wife likes to get a new vehicle.

wavey

Ordered July 21, have an unconfirmed build week for next month which doesn't really mean anything. Don't think I'll see it until October probably even later.

If you do change your mind could I look at taking on the lease? What we’re the terms? I send my current back in feb so December/Jan is fine for me

I don't think brokers take "deposits" do they (?) Most just take their fees for work done.
In any case they are at the mercy of the manufactures. In Jan 22 that was possibly the case (May delivery). Then Putin went bat-st and unfortunately it has had more of an affect than just ruining the lives of Ukrainian people.

Sadly in today's world believing any delivery date is naive unless the car is physically made and in the country. I ordered in Oct with an estimated Jan delivery and it will be delivered in June.

Anyone found any decent deals for an MG ZS EV.

Can’t find anything on a 1+35 for less than 360. Kicking myself as had a deal last October for 300 including charger and 1 year insurance. Same deal now £410 a month.
This is what we would be looking for.
So keeping an eye on this.

MG aren't taking orders for EVs at the moment.

My current 5 Series is due back on 24th July. I’m leasing the 5 Series facelift which is due on the 24th. Anyone having issues with late delivery?

Ordered mine July last year and its confirmed to be built next week. Still could be 3-4 months or longer until I actually get the car though. Still struggling with parts delays apparently

I ordered to buy in January with a date of July given
Now they're saying "dunno"

I used the energy saving trust grant in Scotland so it's 6 years interest free to buy outright

Long Range lower spec model, energy saving trust are weird and started capping what models they would fund by rrp

Anyway, it works out about £375 a month

Should I stick?
