By all accounts there will be a price increase across the board on 1st July, or is this just to get you to secure a vehicle before the month end?

Could be either. Issue is I’m being asked to lock into something 18 months before I get the car. Personal circumstances may change and have been advised that if the price / rental goes up I will need to pay this. Get the sense it’s to close me on the deal.

Yes it’s not great. Not sure what is great these days though? Only thing I’ve seen mentioned which is somewhat similar
in terms of performance/value the T Roc which I’m not fond of. That quote although it says September, is apparently in stock now.
At that lease price I'd buy a 2yr old Golf R for £30k.
The lease price doesn't make financial sense.

Thoughts?
I have a Golf R on a 3 year lease (currently 12 month into it), with 10k a year allowance on it. Unfortunately after mattress dancing with the missus a few month ago I now need something a little bigger in 6 months time. If you are wanting one drop me a message and can look at transferring my lease if you are happy with the terms I agreed (Is leased directly from Marshall's VW)

Just had its one year service and don't expect any of the initial upfront payment back. Happy for you to have it looked over as it is in great condition still.

I pay £410 a month. Like I say, I ain't bothered about any of the upfront costs back etc. Just need to hunt and find something bigger unfortunately. Would even pay some more upfront and get it down to £400 if anyone wanted it. Same car and mileage etc is £520 on lease loco.

Hey everyone,

I am just wondering if anyone is interested in taking over my current lease deal. A few changes in my financial circumstances so unfortunately the car is something that has to go.

It's the Audi A3 Sportback S line 35 TFSI 150 PS S tronic. Ibis White paint. Amazing car!

I got the deal through pink car leasing and the finance company is Alphabet. Term 23months £247pm which included the extra for the maintenance and 8k miles per year.

Contract ends January 2024, so only 18 months left! Current mileage is sitting at 2686miles so still lots to play with for the remainder of the first year!

Cheers!

If car is leased from VWFS there's NIL chance of passing the contract to someone else. Previously VWFS allowed to transfer the contract to company only and no one sane would do this with BIK to pay.

Cool, thats good to know.
Did it come with the Beats system some 'new' ones in stock seemed to have it and it seemed to be part of the standard spec but isn't any longer.....nothing I can do either way, just curious.
No it didn't come with the beats, which I was disappointed with to be honest. When I ordered mine it was on the spec sheet but then disappeared, will be curious to see if any of these in stock vehicles do actually have it as they must have been built the same ish time as mine.
I'll let you know, I'm also wondering if I'll get the Alacantra or petrol blue leather......not too fussed as both are fine, maybe slight preference for the leather as its a bit different.

They were responsive in terms of my Cupra Ateca enquiries this week but not really competitive.

My Ateca VZ2 is from Lookers Stockport in the end, they were £35 to £40 a .nothing cheaper than any brokers and of course no fee, may be worth trying them if not already....
What sort of price are lookers Stockport asking? I got my last leon cupra st from them and they were very good.
£450 on a 6+23, 8k including premium metallic, everyone else was up at £490+.
They offered a cashback discount which essentially, when added to my 6 upfront, made it a 9+23 if that makes sense. Seemed really easy to deal with.

Any ideas on go to for 30 days of car, looks like there's that much going on family wise in July we won't manage with 1 car until the VZ2 arrives.

Looking at the usual rental companies, borrowing a mates car on temp insurance, subscriptions and 30 day leases ut nothing greater leaping out.....considering a £1000 car and WBAC it at the end also.......?

Depends with "GT" and mileage?

If it's the 225bph version then that's a good price.
Who's the leasing company?
