Just seen similar on LeasoLoco. £354 for 1+23 8k, tempting!

Only drawback being the 1.2t 130bhp, shame it's not the dirty diesel!

Quick question relating to end of lease coming up, apologies if this is wrong thread;

2yr car lease (from leasys) is coming to an end of the 16th July, I had the first service on the 27th July. Will I need to get a second service prior to handing it back? If I do, can I not just hand it back a few weeks early to avoid having to get this second service?

Also does anyone know if leasys are reasonable with costs for damage alloys or is it just worth getting them repaired beforehand?

Thanks.

Leasys is reasonable with costs, but they don't publish them. Manheim is doing collections for them. You can return car a bit early to avoid service. They do check for service docs.

Even in the modern world with peppy little turbo engines, without any sort of electrification I fail to see how a 1.2 PureTech engine is going to lug around that brute of a car

ETA

Takes 10 seconds to 60.. so it’s struggling.

It's quicker than the base 406 or 407 were, so yes, it's not quick, but it's perfectly adequate.

That's just the old E-Tron, not the Q8 E-Tron.

The Q8 e-tron is the old e-tron. Not sure why they renamed it, but they did.

The Q8 e-tron you’re thinking of is now the “Q8 e-tron sportback”

That’s Audi for you rolleyes

I would have agreed until I drove a 5008 with that engine. Couldn't believe how well such a small engine worked in a car of that size. Unless you have a desperate need to go fast it's absolutely fit for purpose.

What I was saying, was this deal is for the old model E-Tron, it's not the Q8 at all.

This is the Q8 E-Tron:

It's like a facelift E-Tron really.
