Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 10)
Discussion
Is there a formula to determine if a lease deal is good or not.
Lease Loco
E.g. KIA Pro Ceed Shooting Brake. 1.5T GDi ISG GT-Line 5dr
£242.45/pm for 2 years
£727.34 (3 month) Initial payment. 5,000 miles p/a.
So thats about £6535 over 2 years. To buy the car brand new its £26,665. So if the car is worth less than £20k after 2 years its a pretty decent deal to lease it?

The rule of thumb is to take the total lease cost for a 1+24 / 10k deal and divide it by the MSRP - what’s considered good varies depending on the whole market but anything below 25% is considered good at the moment I believe.Lease Loco

Probably worth doing a carwow type enquiry to see what the real purchase cost could be for the car rather than £26,665. Just making sure its apples/apples :-)Lease Loco

I'm leasing a 1.5 manual V2 and had it for 2 years. Feel free to PM with any questions you have. I'd have another and have found it big enough for my family of 4.
Thanks for the response, Alex. That's the model I'm also considering getting. How do you find the boot size? & obviously it's a bit lower than SUVs but how do find it height compared with other cars you've had? Kallzeh said:
Those who jumped on the Cupra Leon VZ2 deals, has anyone else had their notification of the car being built? Got mine today to suggest it's on the way to the UK.
Would be keen to hear from other Seat/Cupra customers through Zen what their experience was regarding timelines...
I ordered one as it was a 13-15 week wait, which times well with my Tesla going back at the end of August.Would be keen to hear from other Seat/Cupra customers through Zen what their experience was regarding timelines...
However Zen seem to think it’ll be at the dealers imminently, so waiting to hear back if they’ll hold it or if I need to cancel my order.

The boot size isn't too bad. The 1.5 comes with the adjustable boot floor and we leave ours on the low setting all the time which adds a good few inches of depth. Smaller than the Kuga we had before but we've found it OK for most stuff. It's definitely lower than the kuga, I'd say it's closer to the Focus we had before, definitely not an SUV.
Worth popping to a dealer if you can check one out. I went for it on looks mainly and it's worked very well for us. My two kids are coming up 8 and 5 for reference.

Now £427.32, someone’s sat on some stock they need to shift, if we all agree to leave the kumquat alone they might be giving them away soon…https://www.embraceleasing.com/car-leasing/volkswa...

Sounds good. My 2 children are similar ages to yours, 7 & 3. I also like the look of the Formentor, that's what drew me to it. I know it's defs not a SUV, but I thought it looked like it might be a bit higher than ordinary sized cars. Well, that's what I was hoping without having seen one. It's definitely lower than the kuga, I'd say it's closer to the Focus we had before, definitely not an SUV.
