Wear and tear items (clutch mentioned previously) don't suggest the car's done so few miles. Nor does the driver's seat - I know pale Volvos are subject to creasing, but to achieve that level of wear, plus do a clutch, then it has to have been a town car for the miles, iyswim.
Plus it's the little things - trying to sell a car for a premium, but not blacking the exterior trim seems at odds, as does not a single engine image. Maybe I'm just a suspicious Old Hector?

Things can fail on age too though, but I agree, certain pointers do raise questions.
