At first glance I thought that was my old one. Same colours although mine didn't have those rather nice cloth seats.

I've always been tempted by a 190e, my dad always thought they were the best company car he ever had. I wonder if that one could be a daily driver?

Here's an over budget 300 TE Sportline in pink (unless my phone needs calibration) : https://www.carandclassic.com/car/C1327658

I have no idea whether this is considered to be a good dram or not. What I can say is it really does taste good. Very sweet with strong honey flavours.......
One of the first I tried when I started my 'whiskey for beginners' thread.

It says you should keep it in the freezer - my freezer was never big enough so I never had it this way !

Are you going to freeze it ?

Enjoyed it as 'a beginner to whiskey' - that's my caveat as I know nothing about whisky/whiskey/s (sp?!)

Hit eBay HARD later.......
I've recently been taken with Tamnavulin Sherry Cask conditioned, sweet and lovely tasting.

In the interests of consumer reporting, I shall now proceed with imbibing multiple taster measures, so that I may confirm if fellow bargistas should consider purchasing a bottle this particular tipple. All whilst browsing the internet in search of suitable threadworthy conveyances for your perusal.

Come the morning, I fully expect to be either on my way to collecting a suitably splendid barge or weeping into my flat white, whilst staring in dismay at the pile of V8 powered rust that I may or may not have drunkenly purchased via "the 'Bay."

First search term entered: Mercedes W126......
I could not resist the temptation. Although I rarely drink at all. They were on offer at Sainsburys. I will see how it goes on Easter.

I've actually been to the Dalwhinnie distillery, a number of years ago!

I can confirm that car was scrapped many years ago unfortunately.

I agree, the lowering springs were totally unnecessary

Looks better to me, always felt the 190 and w124 saloons lent themselves to being slightly lower

Jag acquired.
Drove great besides the air suspension fault. I've bought three of these X350s and they all had the same error message when I bought them. I quickly fix them and they don't return. Very satisfying.
I'm not a fan of the leaper but for £1,560 I ain't complaining.

Lovely.

I think I should look at buying another XJ.

Well played Jag Man!

Here's a nice but expensive one, comparatively.

One question - Why is the penultimate picture so out of focus
Another question - Why is it so far from the south coast
Another question - Why should I not spend twice the amount on a 2018 Skoda Octavia with a 1.5L petrol engine.
Final question - Can somebody who owns a time machine go back and kill all of the people who, in the past 10/15 years, bought cars with diesel engines and specified them with sports wheels and suspension.
