Yes I had noticed this on the website. The fact it’s still there on the app isn’t particularly helpful if you are using the website!

I wonder what the reason is for it? Would be good to find out from autotrader themselves
Incompetence I would expect, and from the above reply, it appear that is that case as to why its still on app rather than why its not on the website!

Next stop, towbar filter....
That would be quite useful, can you please ask!?
Ditto 'has a garage' on Rightmove! (at least Zoopla allow you to search for it in the text)

Updates to apps and site users are often staged, it reduces the number of people who might encounter a critical error, and give a chance to production engineers to keep up.

e.g. 100,000 users, do it in 10k user blocks.

Funnily enough, the filter is still available on iPad & not on any of the Android devices. So if they are working on fixing the data, then surely that applies to Apple devices too

It has now gone from my android app, so I assume that was a background update. that took it out. Progress eh?

If it's still on your Pad, it might depend on the settings, and if you have to manually update it, as if not, you're on borrowed time.

It must still collect the data as it does work on my iPad, which is not set to auto update, and I won't bother to do so until I see it corrected on the phone (or it stops working, which would seem unusual for a simple data presentation issue).

Take a proper look at the map for the proposed ULEZ.readit
I live in Surrey ,not a London borough .
It is 2 miles outside the London boundary.
It is 5 miles inside the M25.
It will not come under ULEZ .
I know London too .

I once interviewed for AutoTrader (didn't get the job...)

They asked what one feature would I love to see and I said an exclusion filter - they looked at me like I had four heads. I explained the premis that as a then 24 year old, I had a Peugot. I knew I wanted a new hot hatch but didn't want another Peugot. Wouldn't it be nice to say I want a petrol hatchback for under £3k that isn't a [brand] to see what comes up?

The guy interviewing awkwardly shuffled in his seat and quickly wrapped up the interview. It was at that point I knew this was not to be my new place of work.

I still think it would be a handy bit of functionality 15 years later.

Although not intuitive you could do this by typing “-peugeot” in the keyword search.

The ULEZ option is there on my iPhone (app is latest update) but i’ve noticed it getting very hot recently and draining battery life when using AT irked
