xtrail or outlander?

From what many people have said the t30 / t31 xtrail or the mk1 / MK2 Mitsubishi outlander are reliable and at under £5k for a large boot SUV quite good...( I know that any cheap used car can break down and cost money )

Presuming that is the case which of these that I'm going to see on Wednesday would you buy ?

Mitsubishi outlander 2.0 di-d 4x4 2010, 125k miles, reg if bfz 1068. selling due to illness. New cambelt and water pump November 2022, new disks and brake pads all around, new suspension arms front left and right, new engine mount and top sprut left and right,new engine mount and top sprut. Car is in perfect condition, no light on dash ko leaks. Full service provided oil and filters, can provide all jobs done by recipe and stamps in logbook.....he is asking £2995.

Nissan 2008 nissan x-trail 2.0 dci aventura , f/sh. Its done 117k miles. Reg is OY08 XHL he said only had it since November last year for winter use, and to keep miles of my work van. Now its spring i'll be using my work van 7 days a week now. its had 2 owners before me, both elderly gents. ive lots of receipts for the work that they have had done. had serviced before i had it Cambelt had already been done...he is asking £3695
