I absolutely hate the phrase as it's always used for st like a Citroen C1.

"Very fast car not for the faint hearted" - not a performance car at all
"CAT S repaired to a high standard" - written off badly, bodged, no paperwork or photos to support claims
"Stage 1 360bhp but no printout" - 'tuned' by someone's mate who flashed the ECU via eBay and put a K&N filter in the airbox.

More likely to have swapped the airbox for a cone filter that just sucks in warm air.
