VW Tiguan or Audi Q3?
Getting young kids into car seats is easier when you don't have to fold yourself in half to do so. Decent enough boot.
Octavia estate is a brilliant all rounder as many have said.

We only rear faced the baby seats (up to one year) so no issues in a Kia Ceed estate. Or a Golf. I get that it could be more problematic for a reverse toddler seat though.

As others have mentioned, an MPV will be even more versatile than an estate as well, as the seats slide forward and back independently. We have a Kia Carens for this reason too

Kia ProCeed Shooting Brake, it's over your mileage limit but you'll still have four years worth of Manufactuerers warranty left.

The Mini is also a good option.
That Shooting Brake looks great for a Dad car, didn't know they existed!

Seat Ateca, drives better than the mini (had both) and is bigger. I've had a f30 estate, A4 estate would take the Ateca over both as the family wagon. I'd go back to an estate with older kids though tbf

Drives surprisingly well (all reviews back this up), it light for SUV too. Interior a bit dated is the only downside I've found.

That's a lot of car for the money! Heated steering wheel and looks like a lot of toys.
