Yes my experience from a buying perspective of Newcastle was very poor - our only new Porsche back in 2017 was a Macan diesel. The salesman was fine but the whole handover experience was weird. No freebies unless you count a nice bag containing 2 bottles if Adblue (we expected at least wine!), no flowers, nothing. They deleted the photos we took at the handover bizarrely then realised we may have picked up the small dent on the roofline. Service wise (I’ve had 4 Boxsters), they were fine although staff will have changed.
Always got the impression they were doing you a favour regarding sales.
Teesside on the other hand have been great - very approachable (we sold our Macan to them after 6 months!) & used for servicing since.
Best of the bunch were Belfast where I bought my current 718 - they couldn’t do enough. Chauffeur pick up from airport, very friendly salesman, original asking price reduced by £1k without too much effort, 2 caps, touch up paint, colour matched keys, escorted to a fabulous restaurant where the salesman programmed our satnav for the ferry, on the house lovely meal all paid for (we didn’t know until we asked for the bill), lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife plus a few months later an invite to a Range Experience Day at Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone. Brilliant.
Also bought cars from Leeds & Sheffield but that was some time ago - nothing in the way of freebies or incentives.

I have used 3 OPCs.

They range from really, really good to so bad I would never go near them ever again.

The best one I have used is Cambridge. Very good service and never felt like I was insignificant. (even though I am)
Bought 3 cars from them in the end.

I still keep in touch with the chap I deal with from time to time - really nice guy.

HTH!
Cambridge ended up with 3 sales over the years because Silverstone were so up themselves with me when I went looking at one of their used cars.

"We cant let you test drive that car as its just been valeted" was one gem.

Scott at Cambridge was great.
