Selling an LCV on Autotrader question

I appreciate this is a niche question, but I’m about to list my Suzuki Jimny LCV/CDV on Autotrader, and when I input the reg number on the car site (to create the advert) it defaults to the van site. I appreciate that it is technically a van, but the majority of people looking to buy these I suspect are not searching the van site. Also, most of the LCV Jimmys listed appear in the car section, so does a car derived van/LCV get automatically listed in both?

I’ve tried contacting Autotrader but they haven’t got back to me…..

I'm currently selling a 2023 Defender Commercial on Autotrader, it too defaulted to the van site when I inputted the details.

When I went to list it, without me doing anything it listed the vehicle under both van and car sections.
