You should be able to Click on my user name C320 and then click on 'E-mail me'

Oops, yours says the same too.

I've just gone into my Member Profile (by clicking on my user name) and then selected Forum Profile. At the bottom of the page I've just enabled 'Members email':

Members email:
Allows other members to contact you via the forums etc. (your email address isn't revealed)

I thought it was on by default, could you try again please?
