Chased mine today as I hadn’t been told anything.

Ordered 14th March, delivery due end of May, now told 14th November, not very good and wonder when they actually would have told me if hadn’t chased it as it was due in 5 weeks!

What engine are these delays for as have been told that I should be able to get a Plug-in Hybrid for September?

Just placed my order for “3” standard petrol Manual and been told 14 weeks

Was trying to decide against that or a GT line as both were same lead time.

Our GT line s self charging hybrid ordered at beginning of March has been delayed to November too. What are the chances it might actually be sooner than that?

Impossible to say, who knows if there are just guessing lead times, have confirmed build slots or are playing it safe but for lead times to go from 8 weeks to 8 months they must really be having problems.

Waiting for Sportage in Fusion White ,it seems Kia are being very economical with the truth here ,still advertising it on line ,TV etc but very few orders being delivered if any,

Ordered mine in Feb - Full hybrid GT-Line S. Delayed till Nov!
Apparently the wiring comes from Ukraine so Kia think the war will be over by then it seems...
Anyway I ended up ordering a PHEV Evoque. JLR assured me I'll have it by July... fingers crossed.

Just ordered mine today, GT Line S PHEV White with black roof, had the dealer contact Kia for latest leadtimes and they quoted early to late August (full hybrid was Dec) …..the dealer also said they have a number of ore orders as well so will call as they’re delivered to see if I want one of them but might not be the same colour combo……I do like the grey with black roof combo tbh.

Just cancelled a VW Tiguan R line PHEV - ordered October 21 and still showed as a digital order with no projected factory build date as of today…..the Vw forum suggesting it would likely come early 2023!

A couple of people over on the deals thread stating that their GT line HEV are going To be delivered soon and have been contacted by their lease company to arrange, I’ve not heard anything but interested if this is true.

I was contacted yesterday to say mine will be ready at the end of May. I've already told them I only need it from November and they've always said that's fine they'll keep it for me until then. Was told yesterday they now won't keep it for me and if I want it I have to terminate my current lease early.

Well I’ve had the dreaded email from my lease company ! My HEV GT Line ordered mid March has been delayed until November.

I‘m keeping a perspective on this (I could be in the Ukraine) but what’s annoyed me is that I was expecting this so chased it up on the 22/04 and was told that the car was on route to the dealer and would be arriving very soon !!

Something very odd going on here then, people still getting told delayed until November and others being told delivery very soon!

I’ve had no updates other than the original estimate of late May early June for my GT-Line. No holding much hope though looking at current estimates for new orders.
Had a fone call stating mine could be December............ Started of as april/may then September and now December.........

I'm considering an order for a GT Line S HEV and being told 12 months lead time, is that sensible?

Anyone got their GT Line S HEV and can do a mini review? At the moment it is better equipped and cheaper than the usual rivals, just waiting to drive one.

Seen a few of the new Sportage's on the road this week. Someone is getting them delivered! Not sure of engines or spec but they look very decent.
