Shocks leaking yet again! anything new out there.
Discussion
With the clam off I stood on the front corner chassis in front of the wheels and bounced, the front right is hard against the bump stop and made an unhealthy noise, the front left moved but it's lower than it should be.
There was only a few mm height between them on the threads but the right is right though it's travel, it was the camber on the wheel that caused me to look closer, then I saw how much it was compressed. Then looked at my arches and both fronts have been hitting hard against the 'a pillar' bit which they only used to just scuff on the odd occasion.
Order put in to Black Art Designs, done most of the measuring last night, just got to unbolt a front and rear corner to weigh them and work out the spring ratio, only 2 weeks tomorrow till I'll need them in my hands for fitting, First drive on new suspension, lets race! lol

That's why your left looks a little low but is probably ok. It's being pulled down by the other side that obviously has an issue. Undo the ARB and I'll bet it'll pop back up most of the way.
Good point, I didn't think of that! ok, possibly just one fked shock Will get it off tonight and have a proper look.
Well the roll bar was straight and disconnected the front right still sits down on its bump stop.
Either way it didn't slow me down and I managed to race no problem on it and win, fastest lap time of the whole race meeting (16 races and 7series) with a 56.4 in the damp.
My black art designs set up will be with me in the next couple of days, the result of all the measurements and calculations is a spring rate of 900lb fronts and 1100lb rears. Will be interesting to see how the set up feels at Donny and how the car reacts to the change.
Next stop Donny in 3 weeks!

Hi Adrian,
No I haven't bought other springs yet, I will try them out and see how I get on.
Who's race car were you helping out with again? or was it yours? I forget.
I will be carrying around my dynamics as back up until I'm totally happy with the set up, it will require some messing around I'm sure.
Looks like I'll have some local competition in fellow Aberdonian Jim Geddie who will be racing in the GT cup with me this year... In the united autosports maclaren 12C GT3 car!! Wonder how close i'll get to him with my 10 year old Noble! lol

UPDATE:
Black art designs have really pulled off something special here, it's handling the corners exactly like I hoped it would! Only had time to adjust rebound tonight but still a fairly timid set up and had compression adjusters on full soft...
35 minutes track time on old slicks in 10 degree heat, on a busy track day, with 500hp setting, I absolutely smashed my personal best time consistently in a dozen or so of my laps. the best thing is, I know there's more to be had when I finish the set up and get familiar with it.
Will post Vbox vid at the weekend

Glad them giving you my set (I can happily wait another 4 weeks) has got you back in quick time and you are happy. Go get them!
Aw man, feel guilty now!! Thank you though, it's given me the confidence I need going into the GT cup, podiums... Maybe not so far out of reach after all???
Scottish season, nobody is even going to get close.
