Hi - I have had a renewal quote from Mannings for £486.44 as compared to this years cost of £385 (M123R). I have not made any claims and there are no changes or alterations to circumstances (other than the car and myself being a year older!).

This seems a considerable increase, has anyone else experienced such a rise in premiums? I like Mannings and the cover is comprehensive but this is an increase of over 25% and suddenly almost £500 seems a lot (for limited mileage policy).

I agree, there has been quite a dramatic increase in premiums this year. I've recently had to reinsure a daily use car and found the premium has jumped significantly.
At the beginning of last year I had 4 cars insured for just under £1,500 (Noble 3R being one of those), however since selling one car this year, the remaining 3 of those same cars have come to around the £1,300 mark.
I've used ClassicLine this year for the Noble who were about £350 from memory on a 4k mile limited policy for myself and my wife. I'll never do 4k miles but it was cheaper than requesting 2 or 3k, so ask questions of whomever you call!

I found earlier in the year (April/May from memory) when renewing my S2000 and Noble, insurance on both had gone up about 20-25% despite much searching around
