Err NO
If you read what I said... you select a car with one spec.... and when you clock next to add options, part of the spec regresses to a different spec and you have to purchase it
The top speed? Shown at 162mph then with the sport/+ pack the description says from 145 up to 162.If you read what I said... you select a car with one spec.... and when you clock next to add options, part of the spec regresses to a different spec and you have to purchase it
Probably just a typo but which one..?

As I said earlier, the Performance without the PUP is what they had in the U.S. in 2018 and called the 'Stealth'.If you read what I said... you select a car with one spec.... and when you clock next to add options, part of the spec regresses to a different spec and you have to purchase it
The 0-60 and top speed is the same as the P3D.
They just haven't removed the line about "..145-162mph".
It's not that hard to understand really.
Are you getting a Model 3?

And they also haven't added the line that says the range drops from 560 to 530 if you pick performance. So of the 3 key performance stats, 2 are wrong. The 0-60 and top speed is the same as the P3D.

Buy an M3... no I've a MS
But I do make it a habit of knowing what I'm talking about as I run Tesla-info and have decoded more Model 3 codes than anyone else I can find, was the first website anywhere to list Model 3 inventory etc etc
The spec is not consistent like I have seen many times before is wrong on the web site. Do you remember the P85D spec which ended up in court because they screwed it up? Or the period of time the MS 100D was listed as having a 0-60 time of 3.4s only for them to realise they'd cocked up and regress?

Depends on how soon you need the car I guess. I've hear 0 rumours about them bringing it over, and without a clear picture about current demand, we don't know under how much pressure they are to shift their kit. And would a non+ SR be that much cheaper? Personally, I'm in no hurry. I'd like the LR range in RWD only and with a finance option where Tesla takes the re-sale risk at a fair price. Not available in Germany unfortunately.
If the rates on the rental are OK, I think that's what I would do as a stop gap. Sadly also no sensible offers over here.
Long term "test drive" would also allow one to check if the whole EV thing really works well enough for the personal use cases. Have little doubt it would, but being sure makes it easier to commit larger sums. If the result ideally is that a m3 as is = good enough to drive for ~ 8 years, that's depreciation also pretty much dealt with...

The sr± is 600 a month including insurance and 1000 miles.
50 quid off the first month if you use a referral code (mine is particularly excellent)
It's a decent way of dipping your toe in the water.
You pay 4 months upfront but then don't pay the rental for 4 months and grt a refund if you cancel. Minimum term is one month plus 10 days notice.

It looks in all likelihood that I will be ordering a Model 3 in the not too distant future as the deals available through my company car scheme on the SR+ are quite frankly ridiculous (talking about around £100 a month cheaper than the equivalent Leaf, Kona etc). However I wonder whether anyone could answer a few questions that I have not seen answered in a straightforward fashion anywhere:
- Can the car be specced with cross-climate tyres from delivery or would I have to get the car and then go buy a new set, swap them, sell the "old" wheels? As I would be getting the RWD model the ability to have more than slight traction in winter is a necessity. I had steelies and winter tyres on an older car and don't want to be doing all the fannying around swapping them every 6 months or so.
- Just how small is the boot? Coming from a 2015 Ford Focus which had a frankly tiny boot for a hatchback, and a 3 series touring, just how much practicality will I miss having the saloon opening? Our other car is a C4 Picasso that would be used for family trips but it would be nice to be able to fit at least a couple of large bags in.
- What is the rear legroom really like? I am 6ft 2 with spider legs so typically have the driver's seat down and most of the way back. Does this just make the back seat ridiculously cramped?
- What is the state of play with the charging networks in the UK now, are they still overfragmented? I know I will be able to supercharge however for using other networks eg the chargers at Lidl, Ecotricity etc, is there a single accountcard that can be used or do I still need to be a member of loads of different charging networks?
Excited to prospectively become an owner however it's difficult to find information that isn't exclusively geared towards the USA at the moment
