Why is the answer to every question 'get an SUV'?
If you want to move people and children around you need a people carrier, it's the space inside that counts not the ground clearance. There is simply nothing that works better with baby seats than sliding doors (I might be persuaded on falcon wings though).
And a people carrier with fully removable seats is what you need for moving anything else.

I had a series of them but swapped to an estate when the last one went to be put down under a scrappage scheme. Hardly a week goes by without something reminding me how useful it was. The older ones were better, imo, because the seats were removable, as you say. They are the most practical family vehicle by a mile but totally unfashionable.

Because no one really wants to drive a van with seats If you want to move people and children around you need a people carrier
I greatly lament the demise of the sporty MPV. I'd dearly love a Model X, but there's no way I could afford one.

One of the best cars I ever owned was my 2.5T S-Max.
Wasted your money there, you should have just got one of these instead of pretend vanBut this is way off topic now, van with seats, SUV, bus, what ever they are all more practical cars than a saloon like the 3.
The Y is best value family wagon Tesla makes, it'll be here next 6-8 month. Tesla will want to tap into RHD sales of P versions once US sales slows.

I'm still not sure where the rhd model Y will come from..

I think you find a lot of people on pistonheads happy to show their car to other people interested without needing payment for it.And what is this "service" you're talking about?
