Just a wild thought - try going on Tesla.com and having a look? Takes 30 seconds to base spec a Model 3 and see price, if that.
You might want to read the post in context before leaving a condescending reply.

I challenged the assertion that the cheapest Model 3 was £45k made by the OP and was told then it's actually £42k. I've always said it is £38.5k as well aware of the prices, grant and Tesla website.

What is the price that is used to decide ved and bik rates? That is pre grant price...

Yes - the full pre-grant price, including all options and including delivery - which pushes the SR+ above the £40k threshold.
