Magistrates fine not a good omen

Perhaps they don't know who the driver was, if staff anyone could have taken a car off the premises just to get some lunch

or what ever,if the driver knows he/she committed a offence they are hardly going to put their hand up if other staff had

access to the same vehicle. Obviously the car must be registered to Tesla otherwise the police would be chasing the private owner.
