For 21" wheels the fronts are 245/35/21's, the rears should be 265/35/21's. For 19" wheels they are 245/45/19's all round.

Sounds like some moron has made a major mistake on yours. The rears on 265's have a bit of stretch already depending on the brand of tyre so yours must have loads of stretch with 245's on the rear!

I'm almost certain the rear wheels are wider than the fronts so it sounds like you have 2 sets of front wheels and tyres on your car which is all wrong and not how it should be and not how it would have left the factory.

They are different widths front and back. 8.5J front, 9J rear.

The link you just posted proves the two different width of wheels.

My OEM 21's are off the car and the moment so I'll measure them if I get the chance but everything I found online says both the wheel and tyre are staggered. You have front wheels all round!

Yes that sounds like BS to me. Mine is a 2016 P90D and came with the optional staggered 21's. Go on a popular auction site and look at all the 21's for sale, they are all staggered.
