I had my MY roof replaced because of a stone chip caught the leading edge of the roof and caused it to crack. Covered by windscreen cover in my case so you should be ok, in general "windscreen cover" == "glass cover"

It’s going through as an insurance claim, spent 3 hours on the phone going around in circles. I’m not particularly bothered either way, it just needs replaced.

To follow up after starting this thread I took delivery of a MY LR today and there is a lot to like about it. So far very pleased.

I will say, I wish I never test drove the Performance, but the LR is fast enough for what it is, and to me it was £270 a month cheaper than the Performance.
Glad you're enjoying it.... sorry about the roof, that's a pain. I had a stone chip and crack in my windscreen when I first had mine - which needed replacing.

I have the same model as you and paid for the 'performance upgrade' - which makes a difference you can feel. Although to be honest it's a party trick that wears thin after a while. smile
