heir plans are to go with all camera based systems (‘Tesla Vision’) for auto cruise control and parking assistance. The ultrasonic sensors have already been removed from current spec Model Y and that’s actually one of the reasons I just cancelled my order.
You cancelled your order because the proximity sensors that go beep beep beep won't be present? Were you worried about parking by 'feel' or...?

I jest of course, but there's no way that was a genuine reason for cancellation, surely?

Are people receiving their new model 3 with the 5 megapixel cameras (larger lens it appears)? Ideally I’d want hardware 4 and 5mp cameras to order now so closer to highlander spec. There was talk of them putting HW4 in cars and using HW3 stack as would be cheaper than retrofitting, not sure how much truth to this.

Is there an easy way to tell what hardware version the car is running?

I refer the honourable gentleman to my answer above.
It was never an official model it has always just been a basic short range Tesla and the motor specification has changed depending on the year.

Its not quicker either unless you have added one of those chips that overclocks the motor and then makes the warranty void.
I know it not official. It was a jest, seeing as LR owners have to pay for that kind of speed increase. Tesla change specifications all the time.

It definitely is quicker than the current RWD though, having the motor from the performance model, not the LR like now.
My advice, keep digging. You'll soon be in New Zealand.
Let’s spell this out again - the “performance” label was a jest. The motor on the SR+ is from the performance. The motor from the RWD is from the LR. The SR+ is significantly faster than the RWD, although it has a smaller battery. The LR can be upgraded via a software “performance pack” for £1500. Which of these facts do you have a problem with?
Are you planning to pop in and see Jacinda Ardern whilst you're there?
The cognitive dissonance is strong with this one. Are you Welsh Beef?

Thanks will go and check mine now!

Also, interesting Tesla dropped their APR on finance this morning I'm hearing down to 3.9%.

So if you have an order in at the moment that hasn't been fulfilled get in touch with them and get the rate changed!

You haven’t answered my question. If you can’t be bothered to, why reply at all?

Earlier on 10th February, you received a message to say that a 3.9% interest rate is available for Model 3 and Model Y inventory. This was incorrect. The current interest rate for Model 3 and Model Y is 7.9%. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our error.
