I asked for a discount on mine when I ordered in January this year but no luck so paid list price, but accepted that on the basis of rarity and production times. Be interesting to see what values at like 3 years on.

Change of topic, but has anyone managed to source touch-up paint that isn’t Alpine Blue (mine’s glacier white)? Managed to pick up a couple of chips that I’d like to fix mad

Interesting press release this morning about Alpine and Lotus signing a memorandum of understanding to conduct "a comprehensive feasibility study for the joint engineering, design and development of an EV sportscar by leveraging the resources, expertise and facilities of the respective entities”

Yep similar issues in this cold, damp weather - just need to run the heated rear screen for a few minutes for it to clear.

Hi folks,

I ordered an Alpine Blue Legende in June via the excellent Jason at Winchester and picked it up just after Christmas. Absolutely loving it, though only done a few favourite local roads.

It’s my only car - sold an 09 Jag XK 5.0 Convertible (which I adored) in October and would say that the A110 is not that far behind in refinement terms, but obviously much more nimble and engaging to drive. And economical to boot!

I spec’d the sports exhaust, brown leather, comfort seats, mirror / reversing camera and telemetrics. It’s on the standard Legende wheels which I dithered over but really like them - the retro nod to the 70s just looks the part...

If only I could actually get out and use it!

Cheers,
Dom
Hi Dom, Thanks for the kind words smile We should definitely get both our Légendes together when restrictions allow.
Hi Jason, hope all’s well with you byebye

Glad to hear, I know the feeling. I just put a CTEK on mine as it has been sat in the garage so long frown We should organise a south A110 meet up after lockdown ends. I have joined Propulsion Club the Facebook, it's for 2 seater cars only and the organise meets/drives and there is always an eclectic mix of cars. You should join up smile
Thanks for that Jason, just signed up.

I’m with Admiral who were really reasonable and they do multi-car policies too.

Think it depends on where you live, age etc. But my S was £220 for the year with Admiral on 6k miles.

It’s worth the wait smile

One thing I’m really enjoying is the steering wheel: it’s really tactile and all the different facets seem to be perfectly shaped and in just the right places.

Anybody know if you can dim the dash / interior lighting at night though? I find the illuminated gear selectors particularly bright and distracting in the dark, especially as you barely need them once on the move.

I can dim the multimedia display but not the dash / instruments...
Great to see so many new owners on here.

In terms of dimming the dash, you need the lights on I think - press the up or down button on the end on of the right hand stalk until you get to night brightness on the display and then adjust with the end of the left hand stalk.

I think the question should be why don’t dealers set the correct pressure during the PDI?
