Just to confirm this from first hand experience, after a good length test drive in a PE with bucket seats on the lowest setting I sat in some comfort seats and they are a touch lower, bringing it to a perfect seating position for myself being 6,4". I didn't want this to be the case as I'm very unlikely to find a used A110 with comfort seats in the spec I would prefer, so will likely go with a car with buckets regardless.
