Alpine Centre Servicing Costs

Where's that from ?
Am I reading it right, are years 1-6 across the top (ignoring mileages as a lot of cars are <12k miles/yr)
Quite a few of those rows don't seem right - brake fluid, air filter, coolant, spark plugs.
Either the stated mileage figure doesn't agree with the columns (assuming 1y = 12k [or less]), or the recurring cycle doesn't either.
Or am i confused ?
I am struggling to find a maintenance schedule published online.
Reason for asking, about to pick up a 3y A110, and the dealer is saying all servicing has been completed w a oil & filter change.
I'm not convinced ....
Its from the MyAlpine app, but doesn't appear in the latest version, weirdly.Am I reading it right, are years 1-6 across the top (ignoring mileages as a lot of cars are <12k miles/yr)

Your car should have a version of that picture with the handbook pack showing that a 3 yr old car should have had some annual checks one brake fluid three oil & filter plus three cabin filter
Thank you, I don’t have the car yet, neither do o have the VIN to register in MyAlpine app.The service book just says a ‘B’ service has been carried out on year 3.
Couple of Q’s on the chart from the app -
Spark plugs say 36k but only marked in yr 6,
Brake fluid is marked in yrs 3&6, text says 72k.
I was expecting your answer on the brake fluid, as I reckon they have missed cabin filter and brake fluid.

Just getting my car its 3 year service and first MOT. They are doing the recommended oil and filter, general check, cabin air filter and the brake fluid change. The service book just says a ‘B’ service has been carried out on year 3.

My car’s due it’s 5th year service now and the fuel pump recall but having seen the prices quoted on here makes want to look for a specialist locally. Anyone know of one around Southampton/Winchester, I don’t mind travelling a bit further too if needed?
I also run a McLaren 600LT and that’s very nearly cheaper to service via my local main dealer than an Alpine. They really are trying it on and getting away with it so it seems.

K-tec in Bournemouth is probably your best bet https://k-tecracing.com/pages/contact
Have never used these guys but they seem to have a good reputation, they are in Portsmouth

Have you tried the new Alpine dealership (part of Hendy group) in Eastleigh for a comparison quote?
I had a good experience at Eastleigh recently for my 2nd year service. Professional and pleasant to deal with; new to Alpine and they’re making the effort. I dropped the car and went for breakfast, then went back and used Alpine section lounge area upstairs to drink coffee/kill some work emails. Good chat with Adam as ever - he has some events coming up. Oh yes, the service - all fine, they seem dialled in to the brand and the price was substantially less (started with a 3, not a 4…) than Winchester quoted.

That's great to hear. I just paid £434 for my second service with Liverpool but I know others are being quoted £500+ for the same at other dealers. It's too much for an oil and filter change - I'll be doing mine myself from now on (I do an interim myself in any case)Oh yes, the service - all fine, they seem dialled in to the brand and the price was substantially less (started with a 3, not a 4…) than Winchester quoted.
I've tried three times now to book into Winchester to have the fuel pump recall work done. What a pathetic shower. Don't answer the phone, days to reply to emails (if at all) with daft "tell us when to call you" requests which they ignore. Reminds me of trying to buy the extended warranty from them.
Im sure they used to be better.

Jamie j.english@martins.uk.com has been helpful booking mine in for a few things by email, have you tried him? Unfortunately not much has been solved and felt a little fobbed off last time, but that's another story. I am interested in trying Eastleigh, but I'm a bit silly and like the stamps to all match. 2nd service due in Sept, will be having a think..Im sure they used to be better.
