Alpine Centre Servicing Costs

Mines booked in for the fuel pump, but I'll get having the lovely local place do the MOT and service. I can walk there faster than I can drive to Winchester...

For A110 owners on the continent:
I paid 791 Euro or the equivalent of 675 British pounds (at today’s FX) for the first service which I found rather steep (2023 A110 S).
Also attempting to charge 250 Euro to set the driver seat to the lower setting appears rather extortionate (I politely declined).
Overall experience at the approved Alpine service centre (which is a Renault dealer) not great either.

Anyway, car is a joy to drive.
