Sounds good about the 28th, I was actually just coming here to post saying I'm heading to the Essex Car Meets event at Silver Leys Polo Club on that morning, 9am-12pm, wasn't sure if anyone fancied coming.

May come along to JBA Cambridge after done with the morning's event if that'd be alright?
Should be ok, maybe check with Bradley tho. He has posted a new thread just below about the event

good turn out yesterday for the John Banks Alpine event. Bradley keen to hold at least one more event later this year.

We will have to do another East Anglia meet over the summer and say hello to the new owners etc

I assume most of you on here are also on the John Banks Alpine what app group but just in case you are not, I am doing a run out this sunday on a nice route starting at Castle Hedingham and going to Finchingfield, Steeple Bumpstead, up to the A143 via Kedington then east and back down to Clare stopping at the Cafe 33 Stradishall. total drive time about 1.5 hours. Meet in car park at Memories (Castle Hedingham) for 7:45am

hopefully this link will work

New (to me) Alpine owner here and that's close to me, in fact my first 'spirited' drive in my car included Finchingfield to Steeple Bumpstead, it's a great bit of road. Would like to join but sadly I won't be in a fit state to drive Sunday morning due to a party Saturday night but will keep an eye out for the next one!
Hi rocket, great roads indeed. If you want to get added to the what's app group then contact Bradley at John Banks Alpine Cambridge. Lots of good local Alpine chat to be had and events etc

It's just an informal meet up between owners. Leaving Memories at 8am, will stop at the café for coffee/tea and some brekkie at about 8:45

Btw, to be on the John Banks Alpine Cambridge whats app group you need to have either purchased your car from them or had your car serviced by them. Once you have done this then you can join the group. Bradley at JB arranges events and gives away decent prizes so worth joining the group and they are the local service and sales dealer for East Anglia

Hi, I guess you heard that I contacted Bradley about the run? Seems I was not eligible because my car didn't come from there, disappointed, but there it is - and he told me it was last weekend and cancelled...
as soon as you get your car serviced at John Banks you can be added to the group. Its only fair that they run the whats app group for their customers as they not only organise runs but also give away good Alpine related prizes etc. I didnt buy my Alpine through them but as my "local" dealer I do go to them for servicing and any warranty issues and they have been very good
