Following the new issue with my front springs I’ve tried to contact Alpine customer service - following this posting by CharleyFarley


Alpine seem to have removed Wasim’s contact details and I’m 20 mins into a silent call with their automated system. I’ve tried all options - now it’s the complaint option and after hearing the data protection recording for the umpteenth time I’m just holding on with nothing apparently happening the other end.
Does anybody have Wasims details please

This is crap as always with Alpine

Spoke to Wasim- he’s looking into it- will speak to mark at Orpington and then will speak to my dealer…

Having finally got hold of Wasim after a few chasing emails and over an hour holding on the phone…he no longer works on the Alpine team.

I’ve got my dealer involved and am hoping something will be done.

Alpine - our customer service is as lightweight as the cars…

Try Frankie instead. He’s been great helping me out with numerous ’issues’.

Hopefully all resolved.
Springs will be replaced under warranty but I’m without a car until the springs arrive in stock. Dealer trying to provide an enterprise rental in meantime.
