What are the latest rules on lights for IVA test now? Do they still need to be E-marked or can I fabricate my own using LEDs and 3D printed parts?

Only the rear fog light has to have an 'E' mark.

Yup. The rest just have to emit light of an equivilent colour and brightness to an e marked one.

Cool. Currently 3D printing most of the the lights for my next car using 5mm LEDs.
