I hope I'm asking for help in the right place.
I've recently inherited a CV3 that's been built since 2005 and then has been sat in a garage since then and I have no idea where to start to get it road legal.
I know it's an E plate 1988 and it's used enough parts from the doner vehicle to keep its original registration. On the V5 it's registered as a 2cv but we only have the partial piece of the v5. It has been allocated a vin member and it's previously been MOT'd but has had no MSVA or the more recent IVA.
Can anyone please shed any light on how and where I start to get it on the road. Does it need an MOT and an IVA? Does it need any other tests? I have mechanic experience, although on standard cars and I'm not afraid of hard work but it's the testing and licensing etc that I need help with along with where to get stuff from for the bodywork etc.
Any help us ,uch appreciated.

good luck in your quest! im currently selling my Lomax, getting it going will be the easy bit, registering it/MSVA ing it will be more tricky, but not impossible!

Given that the OP only ever made one post, and that was over two years ago, I very much doubt that he still frequents this forum on a regular basis.

You might try contacting him via his profile, in which case he might get an email notification (assuming his settings allow it, and he's still using the same email address).
