Seat belt anchors IVA

CBS state in their catalogue that IVA rules have changed and harnesses need to be 4 point now.
I've looked at the latest IVA manual I can find,October 2016 and it states 3 point are fine.
Who's correct ?

This was mentioned by one of our customers a few weeks ago. I have since discussed the matter with an IVA inspector who confirmed there are no changes to the manual with regards seat belt anchorages. No idea why CBS are stating otherwise.
The attached picture shows an Exocet with harness bar and E marked seat belts which is how we send them for IVA.

That's a relief,would have cost me no end of hassle and expense to change.

I contacted vosa today and they confirmed there has been no change to the regs so don't know what CBS are playing at

I've not seen the CBS wording but suspect they are referring to the change that came in some time ago which required 3 point belts to be retracting for front seat occupants. Perhaps they sell 3 point (fixed) and are pointing out restriction in their use.
4 point fixed harnesses are allowed.
