Hi

I'm really interested in Caterhams etc and hope to buy one after i leave university.

But do they feel signicantly different to say a normal hot hatch / coupe etc? I'm thinking of the sitting nearly above rear axle, compared to a much more forward position in normal cars.

Thanks in advance

Yes VERY, think of a good one as a halfway house between a Hot Hatch and a good Bike.
Sensory overload.

More like a road legal Go Kart than a regular car.

Depends on which model you then get, as to how fast your cart is.

Yes they do handle and drive differently from hot hatches etc. and they have a rather serious side effect......

you have a stupid grin on your face after you have driven it.
