Getting 2 hoops welded onto roll bar.

I'm a little dubious about my roll bar height, I'm a tall lad and have a few tall friends who I'll be most likely track-daying with. I think my roll bar is a tad close so for peace of mind would like to get 2 hoops welded on to increase the height another 3-5 inches ( not done proper measuring yet but better to be safe than sorry)

Would it be best to get this done at the factory, or does anyone know where I can go to get this done around the South?

It'll also need to be powder coated so I don't know whether they'd have to do the whole bar again or just a bit of a touch up.
