Woah, this just blew my little mind!

As it happens, I've been planning to build an e-type silhouette kit using a 7 type base, but having no joy whatsoever from E-type 'people' to get hold of scrap panels.. and this thing is just great!! How are you getting on with the kit and the build in general?

No idea if I've posted on here before so here goes.

Cobra I used to have

Westfield I currently have

Though I'm looking to scratch the cobra itch again.
I'd love a gt40 but wouldn't be able to get out of it when it was in my single garage

Had to Google what that was. Completely scratch built from a manual - impressive!

Sorry only just seen your comment.

Kit is coming along nicely dropped the bodyshell on the chassis last month and I'm currently working on the dashboard. I've gone a little off-piste from the original build guide. So far the kit has gone together easily, most of the problems have been of my own making.

Help on the Facebook group is great and Andy who owns ANC Sportscars has been helpful whenever I've had a question

This is the current state, with the bodyshell just dropped on the chassis, the ride height will be lowered later on.

My build blog is here if you want more detail and updates

No I bought it 5 years ago looking VERY different to how it looks now.

Polished it this week and took some photos so I could put it up for sale. I am building another one though... and I have another project incoming hence Im selling this one to make space.

I think that's against the forum rules. It is listed on Car and Classic, and in the Pembleton forum small ads if you have a look-see.

This is my Beauford , I built it over 3 and a half years with a Rover V8 and autobox but sold it a few years ago. Next project might have been a Calspyder, Ferrari 250 California but due to difficulty getting them through all the tests here they will only do fully built cars now.
