We are petrol heads (I race cars as a hobby) and so we must be careful of enthusing too much, but that is why you need a sponsor to calm things down (not dampen note)and keep feet on the ground. Every inventor dreams his baby is a knock-out till market realities hit..
Couldn't you try and get some funding from the same source as this prototype ?

I can't help but drop in here for a moment just to say.....

I am heavily involved in electric vehicles, I was editor of Plugged In Magazine till recently and right now rather than simply writing about this sort of machine we're furiously building one. All will be revealed in a few weeks time but it's great to see you guys discussing it all and hearing your thoughts.

The main problems we are having to be brutally honest are time and money, everything else is possible and we hope to be demonstrating this very soon. driving
Looking forward to your new vehicle......can you anticipate the look or configuration of the vehicle?

Qudos: we all wish you the very best and a discount for doing Market Research for you!

That door though takes space to get out of the car, this design we started on is a great solution, though harder to manufacture.
