Impressive it's low enough to fit under the front!

Yep
earlier this year to a chap in Rothbury - he has pulled the interior out to fit an original type dash. Now he is selling (or has sold it)?

Fairly easy to do with any package that supports layers. You duplicate the original photo into a second layer. Change the lower layer to B&W, then delete/make transparent the unwanted parts of the upper layer so that the B&W lower layer shows through. 10min job once you know what you're doing....
