removing engine,then chassis sandblasted and painted ,
rebuilding this summer??

anybody has a electric-wire plan off a 3000 s?
came on to some wires in doorframe,have no idea what they are used for
as for the meet in september,That week I am in Portugal for a family-visit(daughter in law is Portugees),but when the car is finished
I will come over to meet,that is promised !!

Adrian,the wires I found are located in the frame were the electric switch is to open the trunck(?think this is the wright word)
the wires for the switch are ok,but these wires I found have not been used for a wile,better to post picture?

recieved the chrome bumpers today in verry nice condition,will look great on the finished car,

resotoration is going well so far,the bumpers I bought in the UK,someone had two pairs left and sold them,
I think they look much better than the black rubber ones,(sorry for that!)80 's meet in september will be difficult,
next year is for sure,and there could two 3000s 's on the meet from Belgium

been looking at your 3000 s,it looks in a real good shape,
think Bleu-zeeland(Frank)could use a picture how your chromed bumpers are put up
as he has trouble getting them ok,I can't be much help to him now as my car is not at my home to
be repainted,maybe it is best for me to check as well if bumpers fit ok before paint is put on,

brought body back home to check bumpers,holes in body have to be adjusted,otherwise I does not look
such big deal for the moment,

I do not have a extra wolfrace for the moment,chassis is allready blasted
will have to fit the alloy as a spare,

next fase,chassis sprayed in first coating,after this, black coating,not powdercoated
with new windowframe
next week,starting the rebuild?

Graham,
no powdercoat,sprayed a special primer to fil the small pits and then sand it after,
also to test my skills as a paint-man,hope the black will work as well as the primer,
powdercoat also has the problem off coatig to thick in some areas,not wanting to have trouble
putting the wishbones back,
what is the news on your TVR so far?

just a matter to make plans for next year

need a set off seals and gasket for carburator,any suggestions
the gasket under the carb is dead,
next week would like to rebuild engine and carb,(found gaskets for engine so far)
