They are available on TVR Ltd website under 'bonnet pin', they don't have much stock but if there's enough interest they will hopefully restock

Goodness, they seem to have expanded a bit since I last looked. They have the rear uprights at £342 a pop

But still don't have M or Pre M stuff in the main menu so not too sure how we are to know what they've got!

I need 2 for mine and have had no luck finding any. I've even tried overseas Lotus specialists with no luck.

Let me know if you find a source.

True but they are M series pins and also when I spoke to them last week they said they don't have any Vixen or M series in stock and unlikely to get any more.

This keeps coming up - they don't have any and ought to take it off the website!

I sent them an email in January asking them to let me know as soon as they had some in. Haven't had a response yet.

Well done TVR Parts
I let someone else have my spare set for the 3000s so replaced when i organise roads trips especially long ones with other early cars i have a spares box that covers a lot of eventualities so these will go back in there ready for Spa.

Strangely enough its not its wrapped in three sections and hidden in various places sometimes it gets shared in other cars however as i often go solo its no heavier than what the Wife would pack for the weekend but without her.
I will remember if i see you on the roadside to wave and pass buy wink

I hope you're not waving from the back of a recovery truck because you forgot the spare drive shaft smile

So, I have now fitted the new pin and thought I would share because initially it looks like it won't fit on a Vixen because it has to be a flush fit.

I flipped the base plate and ground off the excess and widened the mounting holes (not shown)

All in all happy!
